President of the Board at the Interizon Foundation which coordinates the operation of the largest Polish ICT cluster Interizon, which gathers over 100 companies and institutions from business surroundings.
In 2013-2016 she was the President of the Gdańsk Science and Technology Park (GSTP). She managed the team of business specialists, making sure the Park functioned in a complex way: over 100 companies specializing in ICT, biotechnology; over 40 thousand m2 of technical, office and laboratory space (3 buildings); over 1000 people who work in the Park’s companies every day. It was also her job to support GSTP’s residents and creating optimum conditions for their development.
Beforehand, she was the manager at the the Investor Service Office of the Gdańsk Agency For Economic Development, a company which was responsible for Gdańsk’s economic development. Among others, she was responsible for the inflow of investors into the region, organised economic missions (for example to the USA, Germany, Denmark), whose goal was to support Polish entrepreneurs.
She teaches business model development as well as the art of presenting business potential in front of investors and business partners. She is the author and co-author of many initiatives and events. She is also a mentor (for example in the Lean in STEM project). She is a member of juries (at MIT TR_Innovators under 35, InnoLabs – Horizon 20202 project, etc.). Member of the Program Board of Coalition For Polish Innovations and the leader of a working group for new technologies. In December 2015, she was awarded the medal of Mayor of Gdańsk for assisting the local start-up scene. In 2017 she joined the ambassadors of Startup Poland.
