Positively obsessed with Intellectual Property Protection. She helps effectively protect intellectual property and if necessary, she participates in intellectual property violation cases and finds optimum solutions to disputes. As she is a combination of a researcher with extensive achievements and an intellectual property protection specialist, she has unique skills to perform the job of a patent attorney effectively and passionately.

She became so passionate about her profession when she was conducting research for her PhD dissertation during which she developed innovative solutions, for which a patent application was later made. Then, she decided she would become a patent attorney, which she did soon after her doctoral defence and after she passed the final exams of the 3-year course for future patent attorneys.

She is the author of numerous academic papers in which she received the total impact factor of 20. What is more, she participated in many international conferences and congresses. She also received multiple awards for the research she has conducted. She is the laureate of the 1st edition of the “Student-Inventor” organised by the Kilece University of Technology and the project InnoDoktorant.

She has years of experience as a patent attorney. She has participated in many conferences and practical training sessions in IP protection as well as patent information. Thanks to the fact that she did a research internship at the Charité Medical University in Berlin, she has gained experience in legal protection of chemistry and medicine solutions. She also did an internship at the European Patent Office in Munich, where she participated in cases connected with obtaining European patents or dispute and appeal proceedings.
She has experience in protecting inventions, utility models, trade marks and design. She is proficient in domestic, European and international proceedings. She also negotiates IP agreements.

Since 2012, she has worked as the patent attorney of the Gdańsk University of Technology. She also runs her private practice, works with other law offices or organisations which support entrepreneurship and intellectual property protection.

Her particular specialization is protection of intellectual solutions in: chemistry, chemical technology, biotechnology, pharmacy, biomedicine, medical engineering or medical diagnostics. She is also experienced in protecting IT and mechanics solutions.
